It does transfer when you touch it so make sure you're not rubbing your face on everything when you wear it lol p.s it doesn't wear well with dry areas or patches, and will clong onto and look cakey on those areas. I don't recommend this to be worn as an all day thing, but for events at night it's beautiful.
